摘要: 为了节省建筑物的占地面积,争取在最小的平面空间内建造出体积容量最大的建筑物,高层建筑在现今的建筑行业内日益盛行。但其建造难度也远远高于普通建设项目,引发建筑安全事故的概率也相对较高。本文首先根据建筑业的发展趋势、高层建筑施工特点等研究背景引出研究意义和研究内容,并提出整体的研究思路。其次,对施工安全理论进行了初步探讨,包括六大基本原则和安全评价方法的阐述。紧接着进行风险识别,概括了建设项目的几大风险。随后列举施工现场危险源识别的两大方法, 然后通过具体案例分析事故原因,并利用预先危险分析法(LEC法)进行风险评价。了解了风险识别之后,进行高层建筑施工危险类型分析,并且针对个别案例,提出解决方法。本文结尾利用PDCA循环进行了企业安全管理,介绍了各个流程。有利于建筑施工人员的素质提升。57135

AbstractIn order to save the floor space of the building, and strive to build the largest volume ofbuilding in the smallest space, high-rise buildings in the current construction industry isincreasingly popular. But its construction difficulty is also much higher than ordinary projects,the probability of building safety accidents is relatively high.Firstly, the paper according to thedevelopment trend of the construction industry and the characteristics of high-rise buildingconstruction lead to the research significance and content, and put forward the overall researchideas.Secondly, the paper discusses the theory of construction safety, including the six basicprinciples and safety evaluation methods. Immediately after the risk identification, summarizedthe construction of several major risks.Then list the two methods of the construction site hazardidentification, and then analyze the cause of the accident through the specific case, and use thepreliminary hazard analysis method (LEC method) to carry out the risk assessment.Afterunderstanding the risk identification, analyzing the risk type of high-rise building construction,and for inpidual cases, the proposed solution.At the end of this paper, using the PDCA cycleto carry on the enterprise security management, and introduced each process. To enhance thequality of construction personnel.
