摘 要：随着国家推进城镇化建设和加快社会经济转型政策的推广，与此同时全球化进程的加快，企业间的竞争激烈程度日益加剧。企业要在国际、国内市场竞争中生存和发展，必须有效整合利用各项经济资源，提高营运能力。因此营运能力已成为企业竞争力中不可或缺的竞争点，对促进企业的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文以上市的徐州工程机械股份有限公司的营运能力实际情况的分析与调研，对该企业的财务营运过程中的效果作出评价，评价结果显示徐工运营能力不足，最后针对不同指标作为依据提出相应的有效建议。57431

Abstract: As the government promotes the urbanization policies to accelerate social economic transformation , and economic globalization become accelerating , the degree of competition among enterprises is increasing. Enterprises must use the effective integration of economic resources and improve operational capabilities to survive in the international and domestic market competition .Thus operating capacity has become an integral part of enterprise competitiveness point of competition and it plays great role on the sustainable development of enterprises . This thesis takes the listed company, Xuzhou Industrial Group for example, the effects of the financial operations of enterprises in the process will be evaluated . The evaluation results showed insufficient operational capability of XCMG, and finally basic on different indicators diffrent effective proposals are proposed.
