摘要：低保问题在中国社会转型期日益严重，城市最低生活保障的实施无疑成为文持社会稳定的一个重要方面，目前的社会福利服务只侧重于对于低保家庭中的个体进行救助。本文通过对低保户家庭的生活资料展现历程，剖析出城市低保家庭在享受社会福利时所面临的各种问题，进而掌握低保家庭在目前的状况下是否真的享受到了适合他们的社会福利服务，并深入探讨如何改进家庭福利服务模式，才能够有效的帮助低保家庭。本毕业论文认为，我们应该对家庭福利服务模式的改善和实施成效开展研究，完善对于家庭福利服务模式对象群体的层次设计，从而有效的针对不同低保家庭进行按需救助，使低保家庭享受到适合他们的家庭福利服务。8182

Poor Families and Family Services: Comprehensive Family-centered model of welfare services
Abstract：Guaranteeing social transformation problem in China is worsening, the implementation of urban minimum living guarantee social stability will undoubtedly become an important aspect of the current emphasis on social welfare services only for Poor Families in the rescue of inpiduals. Based on the minimal needs households subsistence show history, analysis of urban low family to enjoy social welfare in the various problems faced, then grasp the Poor Families in the current situation is really suitable for them to enjoy the social welfare services, and provide insight into how to improve family welfare service model, to be able to effectively help low income families. This paper argues that we should improve family welfare service model and implementation of research results, and improve family welfare service model for the target groups of level design, thus effectively guaranteeing that families demand for different relief, so that low income families to enjoy the Good their family welfare services.
