摘要： 随着我国高校招生规模的扩大和大学生就业制度的改革，我国高等教育供给与市场需求出现了严重的不平衡，导致大学生就业形势日趋严峻，大学毕业即失业的现象已引起社会的广泛关注。大学生失业不仅是高校教育资源的浪费同时也会给学生本人、其家庭带来消极影响，甚至对社会也会产生负面影响，其危害不言而喻。然而可惜的是，目前，我国并没有建立起专门针对大学生的失业保险制度。上海市作为我国改革开放的“排头兵”，理应率先研究大学生失业保险制度，建立起一套完善可行的制度体系。此举不仅可以完善上海市失业保险制度，同时也推动了我国社会保障体系的完善。关键词： 大学生；失业保险；上海市8632
The exploration of the unemployment insurance system of college students in Shanghai
Abstract: With the expansion of the scale of China’s college enrollment and the reformation of college students’ employment, China’s high education emerged serious imbalance in supply and demand, which result the employment situation has reached a point of gravity; the college students graduated which mean unemployment has caused widely concern. Unemployment among graduates is not only a waste of college educational resources, but also has a negative impact to students themselves and their family even will have a negative impact on society, the harm is self-evident. However, it is a pity that we haven’t established unemployment insurance specifically for college students. Shanghai as the “vanguard” of China’s reform and opening-up, should take the lead in researching the unemployment insurance system of college students, establishing a perfect and viable system. This will not only improve the unemployment insurance system in Shanghai, but also contributed to the China’s social security system.
