摘要：本文针对某机械企业的生产工艺、场地布局、主要生产参数等具体特点，应用预先性危险分析法，对系统存在的危险类别、出现条件及可能造成的结果，进行宏观概略的分析。发现存在“火灾、爆炸”，“窒息、中毒”、“触电”，“机械伤害、物体打击”等伤害类别。在这基础上又依据国家标准《机械工厂安全性评价标准》及《机械制造企业安全生产标准化规范》对某机械企业建立了自评标准，通过评审发现在管理、机械设备、环境条件及职工素质上存在问题。在此结论上建立了某机械企业的安全评价体系并利用了“模糊层次分析法”对系统进行综合评价，对各因素权重进行分析，在归一化处理后得出了该企业安全状况为良的评价结论，同时又发现了该企业在安全管理、职工的安全意识和机械设备的检修保养上存在问题，建议加强职员的安全教育和对机械设备的资金投入和文护。关键词：机械安全；评价体系；评分标准；模糊层次分析法9127

In this conclusion on the establishment of a machinery enterprise security evaluation system and use of the "fuzzy analytic hierarchy process," a comprehensive evaluation of the system, the weights for each factor analysis, obtained after normalization of the security situation is good business the evaluation findings, but also found in the enterprise security management, employee safety awareness and mechanical equipment repair and maintenance on the existing problems, it is recommended to enhance staff safety education and for machinery and equipment investment and maintenance.
