摘要：随着现代经济的迅速发展，家庭需求对新生代员工工作-家庭冲突的影响也越发明显。家庭需求是来自各种生活角色的需求,它会导致新生代员工工作-家庭冲突的产生。本研究课题通过对于国内外的研究进行整理和分析，同时通过访谈了解新生代员工工作-家庭冲突的现状和家庭需求会给工作-家庭冲突带来什么影响，并且本研究课题通过了访谈分析法，网上调查问卷法以及多元线性回归分析法对家庭需求会给新生代员工工作-家庭冲突带了负面和正面作用进行验证。研究表明，朋友需求与工作-家庭冲突的两个维度都呈显著正相关，并且研究制定了关于缓解家庭需求对新生代员工工作-家庭冲突中所产生的负面作用的方法,包括：多与朋友之间之间进行聚会和旅行；与家人或朋友多多倾诉；在闲余之际发展自己的个人兴趣爱好等。 71008

The Effects of Family Demands on Work-Family Conflict of the Chinese New Generation Employees
Abstract： With the fast development of economy, the effects of family demands on work-family conflict of new generation employees is becoming increasingly clear. Family demands from various roles in our daily life,it can cause work-family conflict.This paper sort out the domestic and foreign literature review on family demands, new generation employees and work-family conflict through the review of literature. We understand of the current situation of the work-family of the new generation employees and the influence of family demands on work-family conflict of the new generation employees through the interviews. And through the Interview, Network questionnaire survey and using the method of multiple regression analysis to verify the effects of family demands on work-family conflict of new generation employee.The study suggests that friend demand positively related to work-family conflict，and draw up a method about relieves the negative effects of family demands on work-family conflict , included gets together with friends、poured out worries to friends、develop hobbies and interests in spare time.
