摘要：21世纪以来，我国已经迈向大众化教育时代，随着高校招生规模不断扩大，很多人都能够享受高等教育，同时，中国经济正在转型，虽在大体上不断发展，但就业市场却趋于饱和，高校毕业生找工作却难有工作岗位相匹配，高校毕业生就业难上加难。在此形势下下，上海市政府也出台了一系列法律法规来保障高校毕业生就业。大学生不仅可以促进我国社会zhuyi建设，还有利于实现全面建设小康社会的目标。解决好大学生就业问题，让大学生更好地与相应的工作岗位相匹配是进一步发展经济、创新科技、创建文明社会的基础，同时缓解就业压力，有利于维护社会和谐。自主创业是大学生在面对复杂的社会时所做的初选择，不仅可以缓解就业压力，创造更多的就业岗位，同时也可以促进经济发展，维护社会稳定。71093
本文主要通过文献法、访谈法、案例分析法，通过研究上海市大学生自主创业现状，并从中提取出大学生在创业过程中遇到的问题，了解当地政府出台的相关政策，并为大学生创业提供一些参考意见。
本文经过多方面思考，研究思路如下：
第一章，全文总述，通过研究文献，探讨研究背景、研究依据、研究目的及意义，并从国内外研究现状总结学术界对大学生创业问题研究的发展趋势。
第一章，总结大学生创业发展历程。
第二章，对大学生创业者进行访谈，总结其创业现状，了解大学生在创业过程中遇到的问题，主要从以下四方面大学生自身、家庭环境、学校教育及政府政策等方面分析。
第三章，针对以上问题，借鉴欧美等国家创业政策，为大学生创业提供参考意见。
第四章，得出结论，我国高校在重视大学生创业教育的，提高大学生创业素质的同时，还要联合大学生自身、其家庭以及政府政策等各方重要因素，使大学生创业能够蓬勃发展，用创业带动就业。
