摘要本论文总结了我国土地经营模式的发展演变过程，分析了我国目前所实行农村土地经营模式所带来的发展以及当下限制及限制原因，对家庭联产承包责任制农村土地经营模式做出了评价和分析，指出该模式在当前现代化农业的发展形势下的不适应之处，探讨提出了一条与目前我国农村发展状况相适应的新型农村土地经营模式——农村土地股份合作社，并针对此新型土地经营模式提出了实施该模式的一系列对策建议以及可能需要面对的难题和对未来的展望。71857

The exploration of China's rural land management patterns

Abstract  This paper summarizes the evolution process of our country land management pattern, analyzes the current rural land management mode of development as well as the restriction limits and the reason, the household contract responsibility system of rural land management mode to make the evaluation and analysis, points out that the pattern in the current situation of the development of modern agriculture does not adapt, explore the article puts forward a corresponding to at present our country rural development mode of new type of rural land management, rural land stock cooperatives, and for the new land management model put forward a series of countermeasures and Suggestions for implementing this mode and may need to face the problem and prospect for the future。
