摘要：本文简要介绍了化工厂的安全状况，包括化工厂的布局、加工工艺和主要生产设备。主要的工作是化学工厂安全性评价,目的是发现,分析和预测系统的危险、有害因素及可能导致的危险、危害事故后果和程度,提出了切实可行的安全对策,指导风险监控和事故预防,以达到最低事故率、最少损失和最优的安全投资效益。分析了化学植物的主要危险和有害因素。评价主要是聚氨酯生产过程，化学植物可分为两个评价单位、生产单位和存储单元，评价方法和使用方法的安全检查表和化学危险度分级方法。指出了化工厂的安全问题，并提出了纠正措施和建议。最后给出了安全评价的结论。72747

Evaluation of Safety Status of a Chemical Plant

Abstract：This paper briefly introduces the safety status of a chemical plant, including the chemical plant harmful and dangerous causes of the system, endanger the consequences and extent of the accident。 In this paper, the main hazards of chemical plants were identified。 This evaluation of the main polyurethane production process, the chemical plant is pided into two evaluation units, namely the production unit and storage unit, evaluation methods were used safety check table method and chemical plant risk classification method。 During the evaluation process, the safety problems of the sewage treatment plant were pointed out and the corrective measures and suggestions were given。 Finally, the conclusion of safety evaluation is given。
