摘要伴随全球化进程的加快,经济的快速发展,全球或者局部生态环境都在不同程度上遭到干扰和破坏,带来了各种各样的生态环境问题。本文在研读生态环境质量评价的相关理论和方法的基础上,建立起基于遥感的生态环境质量评价体系;在遥感和GIS平台下利用遥感影像等资料来实现对指标体系中的数据的获取,计算出徐州市代表年的生态环境质量的评价值,并选取1995,2003,2009和2015年四期遥感数据作为代表年,对徐州近二十年的生态质量进行纵向动态评价分析;最后总结徐州市二十年来生态环境的变化趋势,分析徐州市生态环境变化的原因,针对这种变化提出一些针对性的建议,给徐州市相关部门在生态环境建设方面提供一些参考。74026

The Evaluation of the City Ecological Environment Quality Based on the Remote Sensing and GIS
Abstract Along with the speeding up of globalization and the rapid development of economy, the global or local ecological environment is suffering the interference and destruction in different extent and brings a variety of ecological environment problems。Based on the study of relevant theories and methods of the ecological environment quality evaluation, this paper established the ecological environment quality evaluation system based on remote sensing。Under the remote sensing and GIS platform, this paper uses remote sensing images and other information to realize acquiring the data of index system, and calculate the ecological environmental quality evaluation of Xuzhou represents years 。And this paper select four issue remote sensing data of 1995,2003,2009 and 2015 years as represented to make the analysis of longitudinal dynamic evaluation for Xuzhou in the past nearly 20 years。Finally this paper summarizes the trend of the change about the ecological environment in Xuzhou recent 20 years ,and analyzes the reasons of changes in ecological environment in Xuzhou city。And gives some corresponding suggestions and according to the change of Xuzhou city ecological environment quality,to provide reference for the relevant departments in Xuzhou on the future ecological environment construction 。
