公办养老机构专职社工角色研究

摘要本文从社会角色视角出发，通过对杭州市第二社会福利院专职社工在养老机构中扮演的不同角色进行梳理，探究社工实际工作中扮演角色和预期扮演角色之间的差异以及出现此差异的原因。研究发现公办养老机构专职社工角色扮演存在复杂性和多元化的特点，角色扮演仍存在角色混淆不清、冲突和中断的问题。本研究最后从认知、认同度，职业替代性和福利待遇等方面分析导致专职社工角色失调的原因，并从政策和专业人才队伍建设角度提出相关改进建议。74493

From the perspective of social roles, different roles in Hangzhou second full-time social workers in social welfare pension institutions play to sort out practical work to explore the social role and is expected to play the role of differences between and the emergence of reason for this difference 。 Study found that public pension agency full-time social role-playing presence complexity and wide range of features, role-playing role still exists confusion, conflict and disruptions。 In this study, leading to a full-time social worker role disorder causes and propose relevant policies and suggestions for improvement from the perspective of professionals from the construction of knowledge, recognition, career alternative and analyzed in terms of benefits。
