摘要：医务社会工作是一种新兴的服务领域，它在维持各种社会关系上起到了一定的平衡作用。近几年来，随着社会不断的变革，医务社会工作也逐渐走入人们的视线。在医患关系如此紧张的今天，医务社会工作作为一种润滑剂，通过合理地调动社会资源，以达到改善医患关系乃至社会各阶层关系的作用。本文就以上海市新华医院为例，通过研究其医务社会工作开展的优势和困境，并对困境的原因进行分析，制定方案并提出对策，以求能够进一步地在上海开展医务社会工作。74631

Research on Medical and Social work in the hospital in Shanghai recently

Abstract:Medical social work is a new service area, it maintains a variety of social relations and plays a certain balance。 In recent years, with the continuous social changing, medical social work has gradually entered the people's attention。 In today's nervous relationship between doctors and patients , medical social work acts as a lubricant through the rational mobilization of social resources, in order to improve the relationship between doctors and patients and even the role of all sectors of society。 In this paper, we study the xinhua Hospital of Shanghai through the study of its medical social work to carry out the advantages and difficulties, and the reasons for the analysis of the plight, to develop programs and put forward countermeasures in order to further in Shanghai to carry out medical social work。
