摘要： 随着网络环境及移动终端的高速发展，泛平台化社交越来越成为人们娱乐休闲、获取资讯、发表意见的一种生活方式，其社会影响也日益重大。在此潮流下，我们必须看到其发展背后存在的巨大隐忧。本文着眼于“泛社交”时代下日益凸显的众多问题，选取“网络暴力”这一最为突出的现象作为研究中心。在定义文中所描述的网络暴力的概念后，将其成因主要归纳为：网络和技术特征的影响、网络法制及道德建设的不完善、现实存在的社会问题与矛盾的堆积、不良媒体的推动及部分网民易被利用的特性。提出从政府、媒体、个人三个层面出发，健全防治体系、提高行业自律、注重理性思考，形成合力，通过泛平台化社交传播正能量，弘扬社会公德。74636
