工程建设项目质量管理主要是针对建筑施工项目质量方面的一系列活动，包括控制、协调、计划和指挥等。质量管理为的是确保建筑项目能按规定的要求完成，项目中的质量要求按预期来进行。
本论文根据历年的建筑业发展情况，熟悉质量管理的发展历程，讨论质量管理的方法、内容和工作。深入分析质量管理现状以及改善工程建设项目质量管理的对策，对质量管理的模式也进行了整理调查。为了加深全面质量管理的观念，结合质量管理控制，工程领域中的管理实践，对建筑施工项目管理中质量管理问题进行分析，针对性的找出问题的原因并解决。
工程建设项目质量管理系统复杂。在工程中，要做好质量控制，加强管理，才能确保生命财产安全，这也是工程中的最重要的事。当然，参与方都必须保证质量，作业必须标准规范，这样才能实现项目最优化。良好的工程质量往往能够在建筑业的竞争中生存。

ABSTRACT Quality management is widely paid attention to in this century。In our country,the market of construction business is still in a immature stage。The concept of quality is relatively weak。Low quality of building products is the factor that restricts the development of the construction business。The quality of the construction project will directly affect the practicality of the project,even affect the safety and property。Therefore,the study of quality management is of great significance。
The quality management of construction project is a series of activities which aims at the quality of construction project,includ control,coordination,planning and command,etc。Quality management is to ensure that the project can be completed in accordance with the requirement,and the project is implemented as ecpected。In the project implementation, it is necessary to make use of resources that the project can adapt。
According to the development of the construction business over the years,the paper shows the development process of quality management,quality management methods,content and work。It analyses deeply in the current situation of quality management and improves the quality management of construction project,also the quality management model is investigated。In order to deepen the concept of total quality management,with quality control,management practice in the engineering field,it analyses the problem of quality management in construction project and finds the solution of the problems。
The quality management of construction system is complicated。In the project,do well in quality control and strengthen the management that can ensure the safety and property,which is also the most important thing。Of course,the participants must ensure the quality if the work standardized,so as to achieve project optimization。
