摘要员工始终是企业的核心灵魂,对员工资源进行有效地管理可以在一定程度上减少员工的流失,同时对于培养员工的忠诚度、提高工作效率、增强人力资源的功效以及整个企业乃至整个行业的战略规划都起着巨大的作用。本论文从社会支持网络的角度出发关注服务业员工职业生涯规划的影响因素,在实地工作并收集访谈资料的基础上,分析得出相关结论,结合心理学、人力资源管理等多个学科的理论,得出一个比较简略的社会支持网络下,协助员工进行职业生涯规划的方法。10020
全文分为优尔大部分:
第一部分为引言。主要是论文写作背景。
第二部分为文献回顾。主要是已有文献的整理,相关理论的介绍及评述。
第三部分是研究设计,具体介绍了本文重点概念,研究内容以及本文采用的研究方法。
第四部分是访谈记录摘录和简要分析。主要罗列了有助于写作的问答内容及简要分析个人职业生涯规划受社会支持网络影响的真实性,呼应第二部分。
第五部分是社会工作介入服务业的可能性及可采取的方式。在前两部分的基础上,粗略的提出促进员工职业生涯规划的方案。需要指出的是,本文提出的方案只是理论和整体上的,具体实施时,还需要根据不同的阶段和重点进行具体方案的设计和修改。
第优尔部分是结论与不足。首先列出本文写作主要想得到的研究结论,及社会支持网络对服务性行业从业人员的职业规划究竟有什么样的影响。其次对第三部分提出的怎样更好的利用社会支持理论帮助服务性行业从业人员更好的进行职业规划的方案进行自我评价,指出研究结论和解决方案的不足。
