摘 要：当前，医疗应急在社会中体现了重要作用。作为医院前应急机制，公共卫生效劳体系中的应急效劳中心，在推进根本公共卫生效劳均等化方面发挥了主要作用。当前救护车的急救是存在一个很大的缺陷的。救护车就是要体现出“急”，所以抛开救护车车辆的自身因素，我们要将调度问题优化到一个最佳的解决方案。在这种情况下，给病人以在最短的时间内得到应急的救治并送往就近医院救治，不耽搁。以上海金山区域为例，从救护车出车情况的医院前医疗资本的合理配置，来讨论。利用仿真模拟系统建模，将整个调度的过程模拟出来。提高救护车出车的质量。77901
