摘  要：大学生村官投身基层服务事业不仅是人生历练、价值观体现，也是新农村建设中重要的人才储备力。本文从作用和影响方面浅析大学生村官参与新农村建设的可行性，归纳了大学生村官参与新农村建设中的阻碍因素主要表现在大学生村官“身份尴尬”、农村建设自身基础薄弱、大学生村官自身定位不准确、知识结构不完善、保障机制不完善。并结合文献和现实情况提出一些切实可行的对策建议来完善“大学生村官”计划，进而让大学生村官参与新农村建设具有更加重要的实践意义。79467

On the Function and Influence of College Student Village Official on the Construction of New Countryside

Abstract：College student village official to join the grassroots service is not only the values of life experience, But also an important talent reserve force in the construction of new rural areas。 This paper analyze the feasibility of college student village official participation in the construction of new countryside from the aspects of function and influence。 Summarized the college graduate village official involved in the hindering factors in new rural construction is mainly manifested in the university student village official identity embarrassment, rural construction in base is weak, the university student village official own positioning inaccurate and incomplete knowledge structure, safeguard mechanism imperfect。 Combined with literature and the reality of the situation, put forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions to improve the “college student village official plan”, Then let the university student village to participate in the new rural construction has more important practical significance。
