摘要:本文主要采用规范分析法和实证分析法,通过案例分析、比较分析、统计分析等手段,首先论述薪酬满意度的相关概念,在综合比较学者们的研究成果和本次研究的实际情况后,选取薪酬水平满意度、薪酬福利满意度、薪酬晋升满意度和薪酬管理满意度为评价维度, 利用Likert五级量表开展问卷调查,再将收集得的数据通过SPSS18。0软件进行分析,深入研究外资企业员工的薪酬满意度情况。分析得出受访外资企业员工的薪酬总体满意度处于一般水平;其中薪酬管理满意度评价接近满意,薪酬水平和薪酬福利满意度评价均为一般;薪酬晋升满意度评价已经临近不满意。最后在整合分析的基础上,探寻外资企业提升员工薪酬满意度的有效对策,对策包括提高外资企业管理者对员工薪酬的重视程度、注重岗位设置的相对公平、强化绩效薪酬的激励作用、强化绩效管理机制的作用、提升薪酬的整体激励效果以及开展预期薪酬管理。79751

A Study on the Employees’Payment Satisfaction of Foreign Enterprises
Abstract: This study mainly adopts the methods of normative analysis and empirical analysis with the help of case analysis, comparative analysis and statistical analysis。 Firstly, the concepts related to payment satisfaction will be mentioned。 Then, in compared with the research of different scholars and the actual situation of the study, payment level satisfaction, payment benefit satisfaction, payment promotion satisfaction and payment management satisfaction are selected as evaluation dimensions。 At the same time, Likert five scale is used to carry out the questionnaire。 Next, all collected data are put to be analyzed by SPSS18。0 software so that an in-depth study of employees’ payment satisfaction of foreign enterprises can be made。 What is shown by the analysis is that the overall payment satisfaction of employees in foreign enterprises is at general level; among which the evaluation of payment management satisfaction is approached to satisfied, the evaluation of payment benefit satisfaction and payment level satisfaction is at general level。 However, the evaluation of payment promotion satisfaction is nearly not satisfied。 Finally, on the basis of integrated analysis, the paper explores the effective measures for foreign enterprises to improve the employees’ payment satisfaction。 The countermeasures include encouraging managers of foreign enterprises to pay more attention on employees’ salary and the relative fairness of post setting, strengthening the effect of performance payment and performance management mechanism, improving the overall incentive of salary and carrying out expected payment management。
