摘要用工荒浪潮的冲击对我国劳动密集型企业的发展产生了巨大影响，市场劳动力需 求结构发生了改变，农村劳动力流动方向发了改变，传统的生产方式和用工体制受到挑战。 我国劳动密集型产业利用廉价劳动力创造价值的优势逐渐消失，在招工成本的提高、高素 质劳动力的供给不足等情况下，我国劳动密集型产业结构升级势在必行。本文通过多角度 剖析“用工荒”成因，探讨“用工荒”对劳动密集型企业的影响，并以 NC 公司为研究个例， 反映典型劳动密集型企业在“用工荒”影响下的发展现状。最后结合成因分析和研究个例， 整理归纳出应对“用工荒”的对策79981
