公共政策对企业创新投入与绩效的影响研究

摘要本文选取了上交所A股制造业共计210家企业2015年度的相关数据，采用建立回归分析模型和路径分析模型的方法，针对公共政策对企业创新投入与绩效的影响这一问题进行了实证说明，最终得到了如下结论：政府创新公共政策对企业创新研发投入、产出和创新绩效均具有显著的正向促进作用；政府创新公共政策对企业创新研发产出的影响主要来源于直接影响，也有一部分来源于通过影响企业创新研发投入而产生的间接影响；政府创新公共政策对企业创新绩效的影响较小一部分来源于直接影响，较大一部分来源于通过影响企业创新研发投入和产出而产生的间接影响。最后，本文结合结论在政府公共政策制定方面提出了一些相关建议。80418

Title The Rearch of Impact of Public Policies on Investment in Innovation and Performance

Abstract We select related data of 210 enterprises in A share of manufacturing in the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2015 in total in this paper , and then do empirical analysis aim to the research of the impact of public policy on investment in innovation and performance with the use of regression analysis model and path analysis model method。Ultimately we reach the following conclusions: Government innovation public policies have a significant positive role in promoting enterprise innovation R&D investment, output and innovation performance;The impact of government public policies on enterprise innovation R&D output comes mainly from the direct impact , also part of the indirect effects by influencing the innovation R&D investment;Government public policies have less direct effect on innovative performance,and more indirect effect by influencing the innovation R&D investment and output。 Finally, we put forward some recommendations related to conclusions in the development of the government public policy 。
