摘 要:随着我国社会经济发展的不断推进,中小型民营企业在如今的市场构成中占据着越来越大的比重,并成为我国民营经济发展的重要增长点。然而由于社会因素及自身发展的局限,目前我国的一些中小企业出现了员工离职率高、人才流失快的现象。对于企业来说,人才资源是第一资源,人才流失会造成企业成本增加、市场竞争力削弱、顾客忠诚度降低等一系列问题,并影响企业进一步吸引人才。因此,如何建立长效机制预防并解决人才流失问题成为了目前我国中小企业发展的重要课题。本文从我国中小型民营企业人才流失现状出发,深度剖析了我国中小型民营企业人才流失的原因,并提出了建设性改进意见。 80664

Reasons for the brain drain of small and medium sized private enterprises
Abstract: Small and medium sized private enterprises is occupying an increasingly large proportion with the continuous development of China's social and economic development in today's market。 And they also have become an important growth point of China's private economic development。 However, some little enterprises in China have the high turnover rate of employees because of some social factors and their own development limitations。 Up to now, human resources are becoming more and more significant。 To all the companies, brain drain will cause to not only increase the cost, but also reducing the market competition ability and customer loyalty depresses。 According to all these issues, talented person are not to be attracted。 As a result, a vicious cycle, and finally appears。 Therefore, an important issue in the development of enterprises is how to establish a long-term system to prevent the problem of talent drain。 This paper deeply analysis of the reasons for the loss of talent from small and medium-sized private enterprises。 Furthermore, the article will put forward a constructive suggestion。
