摘 要：房地产行业，现如今已经成为我国国民经济的主要生产生活资料的保证，标志了我国的社会经济发展水平和人民生活的状态，是我国的主要产业。伴随时代的发展和变化，房地产行业逐渐形成我国经济的新的增长点，伴随而来的房屋制度的改进也必将更加完善。本文在借鉴了许多国际上相关房地产行业的资料，并结合了我国的实际国情，将可持续发展与房地产行业的管理理论相结合，针对苏州吴中区的实际情况，将其房地产行业未来发展所会出现的问题，以及现如今的情况，并且结合我国国情，走可持续发展的道路，为未来房地产市场进行了评价，并结合上述情况制定了更合适的一套系统。81402
