摘要本文以私营企业人力资本投资风险与规避为研究课题。首先对人力资本的内涵、起源及人力资本投资的主要内容进行介绍，然后把人力资本投资风险分为人为风险和非人为风险，并分别加以分析。最后以鄂尔多斯市乌兰煤炭集团有限责任公司为例，通过对该集团人力资本投资现状分析，从而有针对性地提出该集团在以后的人力资本投资中所应采取的规避措施。对鄂尔多斯市乌兰煤炭集团有限责任公司防范人力资本投资风险具有一定的借鉴和指导作用。51526
