摘要：在现今社会大学生就业已慢慢成为一个社会问题，越来越多的大学生的就业都成了问题，何况我们的残疾大学生。如何在这样的大环境下保证残疾的学生的就业问题值得我们关注和讨论，也值得我们去思考，并讨论出可行的方法和政策。我们需要借助政府和社会的力量来有效的改善残疾大学生的就业问题。本文以各校残疾大学生问卷调查情况为基础，通过与残疾大学生的交流，从个人、学校、家庭、政府四个切入点了解并分析残疾大学生就业意愿与困境以求能够进一步了解残疾大学生的意愿与困境然后更好的去解决就业问题。80750

A Study on the Employment Intention and Employment Dilemma of Disabled University

一、研究背景与研究意义
