摘要我国企业在实现利益增长的同时没能很好地履行消费者责任，企业对消费者失责的问题愈发严重。但是，企业履行消费者责任的问题并没有得到相关专家与学者的持续关注，而这却是一个关乎社会团结稳定与社会经济健康发展的重要议题。本次研究通过对51位消费者进行了问卷调查，调查结果显示在企业对消费者提供服务时存在许多问题，没能很好地履行消费者责任。本文最后提出了在社会工作视角下企业履行消费者责任的相关建议，希望可以解决社会工作背景下企业对消费者失责的问题，帮助企业和社会、消费者三者之间的协调，实现共同发展。80991

Abstract
The enterprises in our country have not been able to fulfill the consumer's responsibility well when they realize the benefit growth, and the problem of the enterprises' liability for consumers is getting worse。 However, the problem of corporate consumer responsibility has not been paid close attention to by experts and scholars, but it is an important issue concerning social solidarity, stability and the healthy development of social economy。 This study conducted a questionnaire survey of 51 consumers, and the findings show that there are many problems in the provision of services to consumers, and they have not been able to meet consumer responsibility well。 This paper finally puts forward some suggestions for the enterprises from the perspective of social work to fulfill the responsibilities of consumers, and strive to solve the social work under the background of corporate default on consumer issues, coordination between enterprises and consumers, to help the society three, to achieve common development。

1。1。研究背景
随着我国市场经济的快速发展和工业化进程的加快，大量企业不断涌现出来，我国的企业规模与企业数量都在不停地扩张。自改革开放以来，我国的经济发展的主体逐步由公有制经济过渡到混合所有制经济发展的模式。在此过程中，产生了大量的民营企业。这些民营企业对于提升我国的经济活力，促进生产力的发展发挥了重要的作用。虽然企业数量在不断地增长，但是对企业在经济行为，道德行为，法律行为等方面缺少监管与约束，相关的制度及法律体系都不完善，导致企业对消费者及社会责任的缺失，这在一定程度上影响到我国经济健康发展以及对社会稳定发展造成了消极的影响。企业承担对消费者及社会的责任，是一个全民都在关注的一个话题。 社会工作视角的企业对消费者责任研究中介公司为例:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_94340.html
