摘要随着我国经济发展，居民对于生活质量和未来期待都有了更高层次的要求，固有的养老体系亟需完善与强化。作为徐州市核心区域之一，泉山区在经济及医疗方面处于领导地位。本论文在徐州市泉山区风华园社区范围内，对社区中老人的养老模式进行调查，旨在分析与研究当下社区中养老模式现状。本文首先采用问卷调查法和访谈法，对当前社区中养老模式现状、老人养老需求以及意愿进行了调查，其次运用SPSS17。0对调查结果进行分析和总结，最后从个人、社区、政府三个方面提出问题与对策，进行更深层次的探究和论证。81152

Investigation and Research on the current situation of the urban community providing for the aged to Fenghua community as an example
Abstract With China's economic development, residents of the quality of life and the future expectations have a higher level of requirements, the inherent pension system needs to be improved and strengthened。 As one of the core area of Xuzhou City, Quanshan District in a leadership position in the economic and medical aspects。 This paper in Xuzhou Quanshan zone, Fenghua garden within the community, endowment patterns of the elderly in the community investigation, to analysis and study the current community oldage model status。 Firstly, the questionnaire survey method and interview method, carried on the investigation to the current community oldage model status and the demand of caring for the elderly and willingness, secondly, using SPSS17。0 to results were analyzed and summarized。 Finally, from the three aspects of inpidual, community and government proposed problems and countermeasures, for a deeper research and demonstration。

一 引言
（一）研究背景
在我国，老年人（60周岁及以上）群体占总人口比例由9%（1994）上升至12%（2014），有研究表明，该数据将在2050年突破20%。立足于我国现状，人口老龄化是中国社会面临的重要民生问题之一。我国老年人口约占亚洲老年人口的1/2，而到2045年，中国60岁以上人口将占到总人口的30%。今天，传统的家庭养老模式在老龄化社会结构下已经不能解决问题，在我国社会发展中，家庭曾经承载了抚育、教育、养老等社会功能，是一直以来老年人养老的基本支撑，但由于我国长期以来采取计划生育的政策，加之经济形式的转变，城镇化规模加大，这使得原有的传统家庭结构随之改变，此时的家庭养老模式，已不能满足需求，而庞大的老年人群体，需要一些新的模式来解决其养老问题。为应对这一问题的出现，我国政府出台《国务院关于加快发展养老服务业的若干意见》。该文件指出，我国到2020年将全面建成以居家为基础、社区为依托、机构为支撑的功能完善、规模适度、覆盖城乡的养老服务体系。另一方面，快速老龄化是中国即将面临的又一大社会问题，而基于这一未来趋势，发展完善养老产业是具有国家战略高度的重要决策。当前我国在养老体系建设上仍不全面，通过参考世界其他国家的产业模式，可以肯定这一体系势必由家庭养老、社区养老和机构养老三重内容构成，从而达到每位老年人都能享受到满足自身需求的养老环境这一最终目标。 城市社区养老现状的调查与研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_94614.html
