摘要: 随着改革开放以来,外资企业在中国发展迅速。迄今为止,外资企业的员工数量以及工业生产中的产量,比重都远远超过国内的各中小企业。外资企业高速发展的同时,企业员工流动愈演愈烈。企业的稳定能直接影响企业的发展和绩效水平。职工流动率太高会使得绩效出现问题,同时也加大了企业的各类成本,最终让企业面临一系列负面影响。因此,本文的研究从外资企业员工流动问题入手,通过对外资公司员工流动问题的研究、分析,找出企业员工流动的原因,从而了解员工的心理状态,为改善公司管理提供参考,调整政策,针对不同形势下现有人员的流动情况提出不同的对策,以解决企业人员流动所带来的负面影响,在寻找到更合适的解决问题的基础上,为企业规避这种问题,使企业发展越来越好。81173
