影响大学生职业成熟度的因素及其相应的对策摘  要：大学生，尤其是面临毕业的高校学生正在由职业准备阶段过渡到职业探索期，他们的职业成熟度与就业情况息息相关，职业成熟度越高，职业规划能力越强，提高学生群体的职业成熟度不仅可以有效提升就业率，而且有利于毕业生进行职业规划。论文对国内外现有资料进行借鉴、参考，从个人、家庭、学校、社会四个方面探讨影响毕业生职业成熟度的因素，并根据实际情况对如何改善应届毕业生成熟度提出建议，对于改善大学生职业成熟度有着指导意义。81597

引言

随着全国各大高校招生规模的扩大，高等教育越来越普及，大学毕业生也随之增多，源源不断的迈步进入社会。今年毕业生人数远超往年，有756万大学生投身于找工作的行列，无疑使得就业问题越发严峻。刚进入大学时，每个人都憧憬着毕业后能拥有一份满意的工作，获得丰厚的工资，但如今大量的劳动力远远多于各类企事业单位的需求，许多毕业生找不到理想中的工作。同时，许多毕业生没有尽早的对自己的职业生涯进行明确且清晰地规划，从未考虑过什么样的工作适合自己，求职四处碰壁，对未来充满了迷茫。大学生为追求自己的梦想频繁跳槽，用人单位的用工成本随之增加，企业也不愿聘用大学毕业生。归根结底，是因为大学生职业成熟度不高，还没有做好心态的调整、角色的适应。无法适应从学校到社会的角色转换，在心理上会有不适感。同时，缺乏专业人员对临近毕业的学生进行心理上的疏导。而且，各类中小单位也没能制定合理的人力资源管理策略。文献综述 影响大学生职业成熟度的因素及其相应的对策:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_95440.html
