摘要制造企业承担着国民经济的重要内容,物流也已成为企业增加利润的源泉。制造企 业如何选择合适的物流模式来提高物流管理绩效，是企业决策者要面对的问题之一。 本文先介绍了物流模式的分类并对各种模式进行比较；其次，分析了电子及通信设备 制造企业的物流模式现状及存在的问题；第三，提出了电子及通信设备制造企业物流 模式决策的影响因素、决策和协调策略；最后，以富士康为例，分析其现有物流模式 及其选择依据，并针对其物流模式存在的问题提出了协调策略，如与其他的制造企业 组建物流联盟、寻找第四方物流服务商进行物流活动的组织策划等。81810

Research on logistics mode selection and coordination strategy for manufacturing enterprises

Abstract Manufacturing enterprises bear an important part of national economy and logistics has also become the source of enterprises to increase profit。How to choose the right logistics mode to improve management performance is one of the most important issues to decision makers of manufacturing enterprises。First,the paper describes the classification of the logistics mode and compares each mode。Second it analyzes logistics mode situation and questions about manufacturing enterprises of electronic and telecommunication equipments。Third it presents effect factors and decisions and coordination strategies about logistics mode of manufacturing enterprises。The last chapter uses FOXCONN as an example。It analyzes FOXCONN’s current logistics mode and its selection basis。Then it presents coordination strategies according to FOXCONN’s problems such as forming logistics alliance with other manufacturing enteprises and looking for the fourth party logistics to organize and plan its logistics activities etc。
