摘要：自2005年河南省提出了文化强省战略以来，河南省的文化旅游产业发展势头强劲，并取得了不俗的成就。但我们要看到，河南省的文化旅游产业发展还存在一定的问题，其发展水平与河南省文化资源大省的地位还不匹配。尤其是在国家十三五规划中做出了要把文化产业发展成为国民经济支柱性产业的决定下，我们更要把握机会，通过规范管理，扩大资金来源，进行资源整合，创新发展模式，促进文化旅游产业的大发展、大繁荣，进而提高文化产业产值，使其成为河南省经济发展的支柱产业。84274

Strategic analysis of the development of cultural tourism in Henan Province
