摘要：随着经济的发展和国家法定节假日的增多，旅游业凭借它的朝阳性和休闲娱乐性，在经济发展中的作用越来越大，成为经济发展的引擎，但淮阳县龙湖景区由于没有找到符合自身特色的旅游开发模式，其在经济发展中的贡献率还很低，并且其发展也面临重重问题，这些问题是龙湖进一步发展必须要突破的瓶颈，为此本论题通过对龙湖及周围环境和旅游资源的分析，并结合相关的文献和其他地区湖泊开发的成功案例进行研究，分析出龙湖开发过程中的问题，并针对这些问题从生态开发，资源保护与可持续发展的角度进行研究，以找出相应的解决措施，促使龙湖向生态保护与经济开发双赢的方向发展。84334
