摘要:对三嗪类除草剂扑灭津降解菌的分离和降解行为进行了研究。对长期施用除草剂扑灭津的土壤在无机盐培养基中进行为期4周的驯化,得到能够快速降解扑灭津的混合菌株A-1富集液。监测A-1富集液在扑灭津浓度为60 mg•L-1的无机盐培养基中的生长情况以及对扑灭津的降解情况。发现培养72h后,对扑灭津的降解率可达到94.4%。使用A-1作为菌种液,对包含扑灭津的不同土壤进行生物添加降解实验,研究环境因素对扑灭津降解的影响。实验结果表明,该A-1富集液在中性和酸性土壤以及低土壤湿度、淹水环境下都能快速降解扑灭津,土壤中可溶性有机质的含量会延缓其降解速率,添加不同浓度的尿素会明显缩短扑灭津降解的迟滞期,促进其快速降解,降解菌在土壤中的初始接种量仅会影响初始降解速率,不会影响最终降解效果,该混合菌株是一种广谱的三嗪类降解种群,具有很好的土壤修复能力,可为三嗪类除草剂的生物修复提供良好的微生物资源。25564

Isolation and Characterization of Triazine Herbicide Degrading Bacteria
Abstract:Isolation and characterization of degrading bacteria for triazine herbicide propazine were studied. A mixed strain A-1 enrichment solution capable of rapidly degrading propazine was obtained from the soil subjected to a period of 4 weeks of acclimation in the inorganic salt medium for long-term application of propazine. Through monitoring the growth of A-1 enrichment solution in inorganic salt medium with 60 mg L-1 concentration of propazine and the degradation of propazine, it was found that the degradation rate of propazine could reach 94.4% after 72 hours. The effects of environmental factors on the degradation of propazine were investigated by the A-1 used as the seed liquid to carry out the biodegradation experiments on different soils containing propazine. The results showed that this bacteria strain can quickly degrade propazine in neutral and acidic soils, and at low soil moisture, low salt and hypoxic environment. The content of soluble organic matter in soil might delay its degradation rate. Urea in the soil significantly decreased the delay of propazine degradation and promoted its rapid degradation, but too large urea concentration inhibited its degradation rate. The initial concentration of the degrading bacteria in the soil affected the initial rate of degradation and but not affect the final degradation effect of propazine. This mixed strain is also a broad spectrum of triazine degradation population and it can provide good strain resources for the bioremediation of triazine herbicides because of its good ability to repair the soil.
