如皋农村初三化学教学现状及对策

摘要：农村教育是国家基础教育的重要组成部分，在整个义务教育体系中处于重中之重的地位。本文采用问卷和平时沟通两种调查方法，对当地初三化学教学现状初步调查及分析。结果显示，因政策改革和农村自身条件等因素，如皋农村初中化学教学存在很大的问题。如皋农村积极响应农村学校布局调整政策，取消了镇周边学校，学生集中到镇中心学校上学。这一措施导致学校学生数量大，老师带班多，出现了一系列化学教学问题。九年制义务教育政策大大缩短学生在校时间，假期也严禁学校私自补课，学生在校学习的时间大不如前。学校学生人数增多，化学实验室、仪器设备、化学老师严重不足，实验课很难开设，化学整体教学质量下降。针对这些问题，本文提出了校内与校外两方面的解决措施。就校内通过强化化学专业实验教学等方面提高化学教学质量；另外可通过师范大学化学毕业生回乡创办课外辅导班进行。校外辅导班的创办一方面可解决大学生就业困难，另一方面可补充农村化学教学中学生课内学习的不足。92915

Abstract: Rural education is an important part of national basic education, which is the most important position in the whole compulsory education system。The present investigation and analysis on the current situation of Chemistry Teaching in local junior high school were carried out by two means of questionnaire and communication methods。The results show that ,because of policy reform and rural conditions and other factors,there are a lot of problems in Chemistry Teaching in rural junior middle schools in Rugao。 Rugao rural areas were in response to the rural school layout adjustment policy positively and abolished the school around the town。Students had to go town to have classes。This measure has led to a series of problems in Chemistry Teaching。There are a large number of students in the school。A teacher taught many classes。Nine year compulsory education policy greatly shortened the time students in the school。Students were prohibited to make up a missed lesson。The students' school time is shorter than before。The number of students in school is increasing。Chemical laboratory, equipment, chemical teachers are seriously inadequate。So that the experimental class is difficult to open。The quality of chemistry teaching decreased。To solve these problems,This paper puts forward the two aspects of measures in school and out of school。 By strengthening the school chemistry experiment teaching to improve the quality of chemistry teaching。These problems also can be solved by the after-school remedial classes which set up by the normal university graduates when they return home。 The establishment of after-school remedial classes do a hand to solve the employment difficulties of college students, on the other hand can complement the lack of classroom learning in rural Chemistry Teaching。来自优O尔P论R文T网WWw.YoueRw.com 加QQ7520`18766
