摘要:设计项目:2.5万吨/年液相氧化甲苯制苯甲醛工艺设计苯甲醛是芳香醛系列中最简单的化合物,是一种重要的精细化工合成中间体,其广泛应用于食品、医药、农药、染料、香精等工业领域。我国苯甲醛需求量不断增长,国内市场供不应求。在本设计中生产过程温度合理、常压下进行、设备符合生产要求,生产过程中发生爆炸等不安全性事件的可能极小,安全性可靠,符合环保可持续发展的生产要求。利用甲苯液相选择性氧化制备苯甲醛具有反应条件温和、收率高、不含氯、安全性好等优点,是一个具有潜在应用前景的反应,因而十分引人注目。本设计对整个反应进行了物料恒算,热量恒算,设备选型及计算。最后绘制了生产工艺流程图,物料流程图,车间平面布置图,车间立面布置图。5309
1 任务的来源
本设计是针对苯甲醛的特点,以专业基础课的学习为基础,结合并参考了多篇苯甲醛制备的相关文献,设计合理的工艺流程,选择相应的工艺设备等。其目的是提高解决化工产品生产车间设计实际问题的能力;掌握化工工艺流程设计、物料恒算、热量衡算、设备选型等的基本方法和步骤;从技术上的可行性与合理性两个方面树立正确的设计思想。通过本课程设计,也提高了运用计算机设计绘图的能力。

3 设计原则及主要设计指标
(1)安全环保:在本设计中生产过程温度合理、常压下进行、设备符合生产要求,生产过程中发生爆炸等不安全性事件的可能极小。设计严格执行国家和当地的卫生、安全等法规,保证对环境污染小以及生产人员的身体健康。
(2)操作简便:坚持科学态度来确定各个生产过程及设备并合理确定操作条件,争取达到反应条件温和,对设备要求低,工人操作方便的结果。
(3)投资合理:有效地合理降低设备成本、原料成本、人力成本和其他各方面投资。
(4)安装便捷:工厂布置应满足施工和安装作业要求,着重考虑大型设备的安装,厂内道路的路面结构和载荷标准等应满足施工安装的要求。
(5)计算基准:
年生产25000吨
年工作日为320天,35天进行机器检修,5天机动。

Benzaldehyde is the simplest compound in aromatic Alde Hyde series, is an important fine chemical synthesis intermediates, which are widely used in food, medicine, pesticides, dyes, flavors and other industrial fields. The benzaldehyde demand in China is growing, and the domestic market in short supply.
In this design, the production process has reasonable temperature, atmospheric pressure, the device complies with the requirements of production, explosions and other unsafe events occur in the production process may be very small, reliable security, in line with the requirements of environmental protection for sustainable development production. Using toluene liquid phase selective oxidation of benzaldehyde with mild reaction conditions, high yield, chlorine, security, etc., is a reaction to the prospect of potential applications, which is very compelling. The following process is materials counting; heat counting, equipment selection and calculation. At last, the flow of production techniques is protract including main equipments diagram, materials diagram, a flat disposal picture of the workshop, the solid disposal picture of the workshop.
1 The source task
This design aimed at benzaldehyde requiring us to design a reasonable process and choose the corresponding process equipments based on the study of professional basic course and combined with reference to the preparation of benzaldehyde literature. Its purpose is to improve the ability of solving practical problem of the chemical products production workshop design ability and master the basic methods and procedures through chemical process design, material constant calculate, heat balance calculation,equipment selection and calculation .
