酸溶法铝灰法制备PAC新工艺的稳定性探索

摘要本文研究了铝灰为原料,一步酸溶法制备铝制备聚合氯化铝(PAC)的工艺条件。在前期已有的工作基础上,以释氢体积量为判据,筛选合适的原料前处理方式。进而,选择较佳前处理方式得到的铝灰中间体为研究对象,优化工艺条件,考察铝(Al)含量、HCl浓度、反应温度、HCl加入量等因素对PAC产物的铝含量(Al2O3计)和盐基度的影响规律,并获得较佳聚合氯化铝(PAC)合成工艺条件。结果表明,在考察的5种前处理方式中,铝灰前处理方式5的样品在处理、静置24h后,制备PAC过程中的每克铝灰释氢量从未处理前的13。5mL 降低到6。8mL,释氢气降幅为49。63%,在静置48h后未检出,释氢降幅达到100。0%。制备PAC的一步酸溶法较佳工艺条件是铝灰wAl为50。0%,HClwHCl为37。0%,反应温度T为95℃时,HCl加入量VHCl为15。0mL,对应制备得到的PAC产物的铝含量(Al2O3计)为4。79%,盐基度为2。46。以上工作,为以铝灰为原料制备聚合氯化铝PAC产物的工艺改进奠定了坚实的基础。78443

Title   The Preliminary Research on the New Preparation  Processing  of Polyaluminium Chloride Using Aluminum Ash 

Abstract In this paper, the optimum preparation processing of polyaluminium chloride (PAC) was studied by using the aluminum ash as raw material and one-step acid digestion method。 On the basis of previous work, using the amount of released hydrogen as a critic standard, the optimum raw material pre-treatment method was investigated。 Then, using the obtained aluminum ash intermediate in the optimum pre-treatment method as  a raw material , the optimum preparation processing of polyaluminium chloride (PAC) was acquired via a systemic research on the influencing  of aluminum content, HCl concentration, reaction temperature, HCl  amount and other factors on the aluminum content of PAC  product (based on Al2O3) and basicity, respectively。 The results showed that, Method 5 within the all five pre-treatment methods was the best。 After standing 24h of aluminum ash intermediate, the amount of released hydrogen in the preparation process of PAC per gram was reduced from 13。5mL to 6。8mL, compared to the untreated aluminum ash, and the decline amount of released hydrogen was 49。63%。 While after standing 48h, the decline of released hydrogen reached to 100。0%。 The obtained optimum condition for preparing PAC in One-step acid-leaching process was : wAl was 50。0%, wHCl 37。0%, reaction temperature (T) was 95℃, HCl adding volume  VHCl was 15。0mL, and the Al2O3 content of prepared PAC products was 4。79%, and  the basicity was 2。46。 The work done above, have laid a solid foundation for the further research of preparation processing of PAC using aluminum ash as raw material。
