毕业设计说明书中文摘要本课题使用低功率电子束蒸发法,分别把AgCl和AgNO3晶体与PLA粉末以质量比1:1与2:1混合研磨作为靶材,在硅片、石英玻璃、拉夫桑、铜网、陶瓷基底上沉积Ag/PLA聚合物复合薄膜。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、透射电镜(TEM)等仪器分析薄膜材料的成分、结构和形貌,并辅以接触角测试仪评估材料的疏水性,用琼脂扩散法评估材料的抗菌性。实验结果表明,在不同的基底上成功地沉积了Ag/PLA聚合物复合薄膜,表面粗糙,存在明显的两相结构,均具有疏水性和抗菌性。其中,以AgNO3与PLA混合粉末为靶材制得的薄膜,对大肠杆菌(ATCC25922)表现出更优秀的抗菌效果。78577

Title  Morphology and antibacterial property of nanocomposite Ag/PLA films   deposited from plasma phase 

Abstract The synthesis of nanocomposite PLA-based films was produced from plasma phase formed by low-power electron beam dispersion of PLA with silver chloride or silver nitrate in vacuum,in which silver nitrate or silver chloride crystal were mixed with PLA powder at the mass ratio of 1:1 and 2:1。 These PLA-based nanocomposite films were deposited on quartz glass, silicon, aluminizing polyester film and copper-net。 The features of nanocomposite films formed from plasma phase and their compositions were defined by FT-IR, UV-vis, AFM, TEM。 The hydrophobic performance of nanocomposite PLA-based films formed from plasma phase was tested by contact angle goniometers。 Possibility of vacuum deposition of nanocomposite Ag/PLA coatings with antibacterial properties was stated by agar diffusion method。 It was shown that PLA-based films produced from plasma phase were deposited on different substrates successfully with rough surface,and they are all have hydrophobic and antibacterial property。 The antibacterial action on test E。 Coli(ATCC25922) was defined and the antibacterial effect of silver nitrate materials was performed better。
