1.2.1 设计的目的
(1) 合适的塑料埋地排污管材质
在市政雨、污水管道工程中,选择合适的管材对工程的施工进度、质量、造价以及环境效益有着较大的影响。不同的材料会在排污管抗压,耐腐蚀,排污通畅度和密封性方面有着不同的能力,选择一种取材方便,价格适宜,性能优良的材料是设计最为关键的地方。
(2) 可行的使用工艺流程
拥有一个良好地工艺流程可以得到性能更加优良且价格更加合适的产品,一条工艺流程除了需要必须的设备和流程规划外还要考虑合理地车间布置,环保和节能灯问题,这样才能降低成本,获得性价比高的管材。
(3) 更好的管材材料配方设计
