摘要 该文采用问卷调查法，通过调查 153 名青田县实验小学六年级学生以及 31 名该年级任教教师，研 究小学教师性别与小学生创造力培养的相关性。结合已有的创造力培养研究以及男女性别差异，分别从 创造能力、创造性思维、创造型人格三个维度对教师教学行为和学生发展水平进行统计分析。结合数据 以及已有研究得出以下结论：（1）男女教师在小学阶段对学生创造力发展的总体影响没有显著差异。88054

（2）男女教师在创造能力方面各有所长，对于不同方面的创造能力有一定差异。并对该现象提出一定 参考建议。

Abstract：For many years ,researchers have searched for the factor affecting the teacher teaching method in the teen’s growth However , many studies have revealed there’re other unknown characteristics of teachers , like teacher gender , can also affect the think and behavior of students 。   

This study’s aim to examine a relationship between teacher gender and the cultivation of teenage creativity base on a questionnaire that/which come from the investigation against 153 sixth graders students and 31 teachers of Qingtian primary school 。 Our main outcome measures are analyzed , from the point of view of creative ability , creative thinking and creative personality , by the teaching behavior and the level of student development 。 Combine the data and the existing research we conclude as follow : 1) In the primary stage , the male and female teachers did no differ significantly in the overall impact on the students creativity growth 。 2) Male teacher and female teacher have their own strengths , there also have some pergence about the creative ability from different aspects 。
