摘 要通过研究发现，幼儿冲突的起因主要有：资源占有、规则维护、无意识肢体碰撞与言语 冲突。而幼儿冲突的影响因素又主要分为幼儿内部自身发展与幼儿外部环境因素。针对这一 现象，为了能够分析最自然而真实的冲突情境，笔者本着真实、客观的原则，采用了观察法 与日记记录法结合访谈法，深入到中班幼儿的一日生活之中。笔者通过纸笔记录、录音、图 片等方式详细且客观的收集和记录幼儿同伴冲突的全过程，包括冲突的起因、过程、结果以 及幼儿的应对策略，同时关注幼儿冲突时的言语与表情、动作并及时结合冲突事件的背景进 行分析。88228
