摘  要数学焦虑是一种特殊的学科焦虑，近年来不断受到国内外研究者的重视。作者综合分析了国内外研究成果，对数学焦虑问题做了整体概述，并采用问卷调查法和访谈法，结合我国教育现状，从认知和情感两个层面探讨了引起数学焦虑的主要因素，并分别针对学习者自身、教师和家长三方面，通过具体案例，给出了对于数学学习过程中产生的焦虑情绪的一些预防和调控措施，以便更好的贯彻实施新课程改革，提高学习者数学学习能力和学习效率，促进其健康发展。88331

Mathematical anxiety is a special subject anxiety，in recent years continue to be the attention of researchers at home and abroad．The author comprehensively analyzes the domestic and foreign research results，gives an overview of the problem of mathematical anxiety，and uses the questionnaire survey and interview method，combined with the current situation of education in China，from the cognitive and emotional levels to explore the main factors that cause mathematical anxiety ．This paper gives some preventive and control measures for the anxiety of the mathematics learning process in order to better implement the new curriculum reform and improve the learners' mathematics，which is aimed at the learners themselves，the teachers and the parents．Learning ability and learning efficiency，to promote its healthy development．
