摘要本研究采用问卷调查法、观察法、访谈法调查了杭州某民工子弟小学 296 名中高年级小学生及6名教师以了解民工子弟小学阅读教学现状。 调查研究发现：（1）学生在阅读教学中主动性较低, 缺乏个性；（2）教师对学生的差异

性和特殊性关注度较低；（3）学生的阅读习惯、阅读方法、阅读能力缺乏相应的培养；（4） 学校、教师组织的阅读教学拓展活动较少，学生在阅读学习中各方面的需求难以得到满足；

（5）外来务工者家庭环境具有特殊性，家长对学生阅读学习的支持较少。并就调查结果作 了分析，对改善阅读教学现状提出了意见和建议。88510

Abstract By using questionnaire, observation and interview, this study investigated 296 senior pupils and 6 teachers in Hangzhou to understand the current situation of reading teaching in primary school of migrant workers' children。 The study has found: (1)the personality and initiative of students in reading teaching is low; (2)teachers pay less attention to students' persity and particularity; (3)students' reading habits, methods and abilities are lack of appropriate training; (4)as less additional activities of reading teaching organized by school and teachers, students' demand in read-learning is difficult to be met; (5)environment of migrant family is particular, the support of parent for students' read-learning is relatively low。 And the results are analyzed, suggestions are put forward to improve the current situation of reading teaching。
