摘要：大学班级作为教育界的一个微型社会，是大学生目前开展活动和接受教育的基本单位，建设一个良好的班级文化是当今大学应当重视的问题，大学生作为班级文化建设的一个应然主题，班级文化的建设将依赖于当代大学生自我意识的充分发挥。当今时代大学生的成绩已不再是主流，班级文化则充当重要的角色。构建一个良好的班级文化应当从各种因素来进行考虑，同时也对当代大学生班级文化所出现的问题提出了一些对策：加强有关班级文化的规章制度、加强班级文化的思想建设、充分利用互联网媒体，使班级文化丰富多样和发挥学生干部、优秀党员的作用。88997
