摘 要目的:了解"大学医学生对全球医学教育最低基本要求(GMER)的认知与态度,发现现代医学本科生人才培养中存在的不足,针对不足提出建议。方法:GMER问卷共7个领域60条标准,对"大学大一、大二、大三医学生共430人现场集中填写调查问卷。结果:在GMER7个领域得分较低的三个为批判性思维和研究领域,信息管理领域,群体健康和卫生系统领域。对23项能力或素质的认同较低的四项为医疗卫生的成本/效益分析、对卫生保健系统及其运转的了解、对医学信息技术局限性的了解和科研工作能力。健管专业学生在对人群发病和死亡趋势的了解和对疾病各类危险因素的了解两项上的重视程度较低。不同专业调查对象在交流技能、群体健康和卫生系统等领域的态度存在差异(P<0。05)。结论:医学生对GMER的态度总体认可度较大,但认为信息管理,群体健康和卫生系统不重要。在今后的人才培养中,提出改变传统教学模式、调整课程设置、建立合理的教学评估机制和通过多渠道提高医学生个人能力等四项建议。
