摘    要

信息时代，网络政治参与的重要性日渐凸显。网络媒介的特殊性调整了公民与政府在政治参与中的角色与资源，影响了他们的位置。网络政治参与主体主要存在三种关系模式，双向妥协的合作型，互利共赢的竞争型，矛盾冲突的对抗性。这三种关系模式也带来了新的政治机会。这些变化对我国网络政治参与治理具有一定的启示意义。89845

In the context of the information age,the significance of network political participation is growing。The specificity of network adjusts the character and political resources of citizen and government。The network political participation chief have three relationships pattern:cooperation mold of mutual compromise,competition mold of mutual benefiting and win-win, confrontation mold of disorder。The three fresh relationships pattern bring fresh political opportunity。These changes will concern China the way of run network political participation。
