摘 要合作是个体社会化的重要内容，对幼儿个体全面和谐发展有十分重要的作用。本研究选取杭州市某幼儿园的303名幼儿作为观察对象，并采用观察法，在幼儿园一日生活中的区域活动环节选择游戏进行观察，对学前儿童合作行为的发展现状等展开调查研究。对调查和观察的数据资料进行质的分析，得出以下结果：（1）小班幼儿合作过程中目标和动机不明确、需要成人的帮助和指导且合作时间短。（2）中班幼儿合作目标和动机逐渐明确并形成了自己的合作策略。（3）大班幼儿合作目标明确且动机增强、合作持续时间显著延长以及脱离教师影响，且受同伴影响明显，合作策略多样化。建议：（1）给予小班幼儿鼓励，激发合作动机并有意识地锻炼小班幼儿的有意注意。（2）教给中班幼儿正确的合作方法并制定完善的游戏规则。（3）教师给大班幼儿恰当的干预并投放适合合作的区域材料。89960
Abstract Cooperation is an important part of inpidual socialization, and has a very important role in the comprehensive and harmonious development of children。 In this study, 303 young children in a kindergarten in Hangzhou were selected as observation objects, and observation methods were used to observe the regional activities in the kindergarten day, and the development status of preschool children cooperative behavior was investigated。 (1) small group of children in the process of cooperation goals and motives are not clear, the need for adult help and guidance and cooperation time is short。 The results of the survey and observation of the data, (2) middle school children cooperation goals and motives gradually clear and formed their own cooperation strategy。 (3) The goal of cooperation between children is clear and motivated, the duration of cooperation is significantly prolonged and the influence of teachers is affected, and the influence of peer is obvious and the cooperation strategy is persified。 Suggestions: (1) to give small classes to encourage children, to stimulate cooperation and consciously exercise the intention of small classes of children care。 (2) to teach middle school children the correct method of cooperation and to develop a sound rules of the game。 (3) teachers to the appropriate intervention of large children and put the appropriate regional cooperation materials。
