摘    要随着互联网的快速发展，网络政治作为政治参与的延伸，成为政治参与的一种新形式。大学生作为国家建设的潜力主力军，大学生网络政治参与与网络政治参与效能感的问题也越来越受关注。基于学者的研究报告，本文采用问卷调查的形式对杭州师范大学全日制本科生政治参与效能感的状况做了调查分析。发现在个人政治特征、互联网使用情况、对政府的信任等方面对大学生政治效能感上有一定影响。在此基础上提出了拓宽大学生政治参与的渠 道、政府着力解决信息不对称、高校加强对大学生政治参与技能的培养等建议。89997

with the rapid development of internet, network politics，as an extension of political participation, has become a new form of political participation。 As the potential main force of nation construction, college student’s networks political participation and efficacy of networks political participation are increasingly concerned。 Based on scholars’ research, this paper conducts a questionnaire survey to investigate the efficacy of networks political participation of full-time undergraduates in HangZhou Normal University。 It shows that Inpidual political characteristics、students’ internet use and trust in government have effect on college students’ political efficacy。 Then on the base of these, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to broaden the channels of political participation、how to solve the problem of asymmetric information for government and how to strengthen the cultivation of College Students' political participation skills。
