摘    要 班干部是学生群体中的一员，在班级学生中起着模范带头和管理的作用，班干部素质体现着学生群体的素质，班干部选拔过程在一定程度上反映了小学生群体的认知水平、思想状态、能力水平，也检阅着小学德育的实效。本文立足杭州市两所小学，从班干部竞选角度来观察当前小学班干部的素质情况，发现：小学生参加班干部的意愿强烈；选举中充斥着虚假的民主；教师对学生能力培养的重视力度不够。在分析原因的基础上，试图提出一些针对性的建议，这对小学德育的改革和发展具有一定的理论指导意义和实践价值。90405

Abstract Class cadre is a member of the student population, playing a role of exemplary leadership and management in class, the class cadre quality embodies the quality of students, class cadre selection process in a certain extent, reflect the primary school students cognitive level, the state of mind and the ability, but also inspected the elementary and middle schools moral education actual effect 。Based in two primary         schools in Hangzhou。 From the point of view of the class cadre campaign to observe the quality of the cadres in primary schools and found: primary school students to participate in class cadre of strong will; election rife with false democracy; teachers on the training of students' abilities to the attention of the strength enough 。On the basis of analyzing the reasons, trying to put forward some pertinent suggestions, which have certain theoretical guiding significance and practical value to the reform and development of primary school moral education。
