摘    要 目的  了解杭州市大学生性观念，性心理，性行为，性知识水平的现状和性行为影响因素，为提高大学生性健康水平，增强自我防护的意识和判断力，促进大学生群体的身心健康提供理论依据。方法  采用分层抽样方法，对4所高校的大学生进行网络问卷调查。结果 本次调查共705人，其中221人（31。35%）发生过性行为，380人（53。9%）的人有过自慰行为，男生和女生在性行为和自慰行为上差异有统计学意义；大学生的性观念也越来开放与包容，在婚前性行为上男生同意率（45。5%）比女生同意率（37。5%）高，差异有统计学意义；被调查对象对性知识掌握水平不如人意，主要通过网络(81。13%)途径获取性知识。结论：大学生性行为发生率在逐渐增高；大学生性观念较为开放，但性知识较为匮乏，性安全意识差。90426
