试析班干部轮换制对小学生发展的影响

摘要：班干部轮换制是指教育者在深化理解班干部功能的基础上，从学生发展的角度出发，探索出的一种较为新颖的班干部选拔和运作形式。其在实行过程中存在的主要问题有班主任负担重、换届班干部压力大、个别学生的管理能力不足以及容易导致学生学习与能力两方面发展不平衡。其成因主要是由于部分班主任很难改变自己的学生观，不能公平、公正地看待每一位学生，此外，仍有班主任对班干部轮换制这一班干部任用方式缺乏认识和经验，因此不能把控好每一环节的运行。针对这些问题，我提出了几条改进建议，如班主任要真正做到公平、公正，帮助学生正确认识自己，把握好换届时间，培养核心班委，注意职位互换以及定时开班会总结工作。94804

1 引言
