[摘要]：惩戒教育是教育的重要组成部分,对于孩子的健康成长具有极其重要的作用。但目前，小学阶段惩戒教育在实施过程中存在很多问题，具体表现为：对惩戒教育的认识存在偏差：一方面，将惩戒教育等同于体罚，因而一排斥；另一方面，又存在体罚与变相体罚的现象。导致这些问题的原因主要有：传统观念的负面影响；部分教师缺乏良好的职业道德；社会媒体的负面报道以及法律、法规的不够完善。本文提出了：健全有关惩戒教育的法律法规、转变教师的惩戒教育观、发挥社会舆论的正确导向作用以及构建完善的监督机制等促使惩戒教育理性实施的若干建议。

Talk about the rational implementation of disciplinary education in primary school
Abstract: Disciplinary education is an important part of education, has an extremely important role for the healthy growth of children. But at present, the elementary school disciplinary education has a lot of problems in the implementation process, the specific performance as follows: there exist deviations in understanding of disciplinary education: on the one hand, the disciplinary education be blindly rejection; On the other hand, also exists the phenomenon of corporal punishment and corporal punishment in disguised forms. The cause of these problems mainly include: the negative impact of traditional ideas; some teachers lack of good professional ethics; Social media's negative reports and the imperfect laws and regulations. Based on this, proposed in this paper: perfecting laws and regulations about the disciplinary education, change the teacher's disciplinary education, play a role of society the correct guidance of public opinion, and build a perfect supervision mechanism to promote the rational suggestions on the implementation of disciplinary education.

谈小学阶段惩戒教育的理性实施
随着素质教育的全面展开,以发现学生身上的优点和长处并加以表扬为主要特征的赏识教育越来越受到人们的青睐。但与此同时,惩戒教育却悄悄地淡出了人们的视野。尤其是当不适当惩戒的负面影响被不断夸大之后，惩戒教育在教育界甚至成为了一个令无数教师望而生畏的话题。确实,赏识教育它强调的是要尊重、理解孩子，最大程度激发孩子的内在潜能，充分体现了新课标下“以人为本”的人性化的教育理念，因此,赏识教育对于孩子的健康成长确实具有不可小觑的作用。然而，当学生一而再,再而三的犯错,或者赏识教育在孩子身上只能起微乎其微的作用甚至根本难以奏效时,教育中还要不要惩戒？如果需要,教师又该如何实施惩戒呢?本文拟就这些问题作尝试性探讨。 小学阶段惩戒教育的理性实施:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_35451.html
